How to retrieve the Model/ Device logs from EinScan Medixa

Export Model to PC

1. On the scanner, click "Complete" or "Export to"
2. Click "PC(USB-C)" and export
3. Connect the scanner to a PC using a USB-C cable
4. Open the Windows File Explorer
5. Navigate to the device “EinScan Medixa,” 
6. Find the files under the "Models” folder
7. Copy & Paste to PC
