This article is done with the Software version EXScan Pro_v3.6.0.5
After opening the EXScan software, you will see on the top bar, the Post Processing (Red Box) and the Measurement function (Yellow Box).
To enter the desired option simply press on the circle bellow it. You will then see a "folder" icon on the right side. By clicking on it a new window will appear. Here you can select the desired file and load it. The video bellow shows the process.
