- Client log :
- Navigate to the Software installation folder (generally C:\Shining3d\EinScan-S series\)
- Open folder \client\ and collect : *Date_hour*_logs file
- Share this file with us.
- Scan service log :
- Navigate to the Software installation folder (generally C:\Shining3d\EinScan-S series\)
- Open folder \res\ScanServiceLog\ and collect : *Date_hour*.15808 and *Date_hour*.3984 files
- Share those files with us.
- Shining Passport log :
- Navigate to the Software installation folder (generally C:\Shining3d\EinScan-S series\)
- Open folder \EinScanPleToolLogs\ and collect : log_PleTool_*Date_hour*.txt file
- Share this file with us.
*log may not generate in some cases
- Software crash log :
- Navigate to the Software installation folder (generally C:\Shining3d\EinScan-S series\)
- Depending of your software version, locate : EinScanDump-*Date_hour*.dmp file *
- You can use search bar by typing "EinScanDump" :
