Logs collection Instructions :
IMPORTANT : Always collect most recent log or log files related to the date of your issue/crash !
- Use a USB-C data cable to connect the EinScan Libre to your local computer.
- Download the provided
.exe and .batfiles from the attachment below.
- Locate the attached
.batfile (ensure both files are in the same root directory), right-click on it, and select "Run as administrator."
- When prompted, press any key to continue. If the system asks if you want to remember the SSH key, type
yand press Enter to proceed.
- Double-click the
.batfile to run it again.
- After executing the batch file, check the generated "log" file for details.
- Share the log folder with Support.
