- Use a USB-C data cable to connect the EinScan Libre to your local computer.
- Download the provided PSCP.exe
and getlogs.batfiles from the attachment below. - Locate getlogs.bat file (ensure both files are in the same root directory), right-click on it, and select "Run as administrator."
- When prompted, press any key to continue. If the system asks if you want to remember the SSH key, type "Y" and press Enter to proceed.
- Double-click the getlogs.bat file to run it again.
- After executing the batch file, check the generated "log" file for details.
- Share the logfile with support.
