When you try fixed scan, but when check the "with turntable" checkbox it comes up with "Please connect the turntable. Click home button and reenter this page"
1. Checking the connection of the power brick and USB cables, make sure they are well connected.
2. Try changing to other USB ports.
3. Try install the driver from the link below.
4. Reinstalling the software.
