In case the EinScan software doesn't open or crashes while launching, please read the the article Set up your PC to ensure the computer is correctly set up.
If the PC is correctly set up please double check if the CPU you are using supports AVX. To check it, please download the installer from the link below and run it:

Otherwise, no AVX is to be listed in the Instructions Set field:
